    Government should find them thru the banks where the money was received. Made them pay for it and jail them.

    Ghana is a joke country. Ministers received double pay and none was punished. Citizens receive unauthorised pay and its called ghost names. Yet no one get punished. Thievery from to bottom. Very sad.
