  The SA government is scared of its own citizens. The government knows very well that they have failed to do anything meaningful for their teeming unemployed citizens. Even if jobs are created, the same South Africans have become so lazy that they are reluctant to work to provide anything meaningful to benefit their own lives. Yet, they envy the diligence and dedication of their fellow Africans to work hard to improve their lives. That is the crux of the matter.
