  The politicians know that all of these won't go anywhere. What the youth should know is that all the politicians appointed to deliver this 24 hour economy or whatever are now employed. They wake up every morning and walk into their air-conditioned offices to work and get paid with allowances. They're only keeping your hopes alive until the next election is over after securing your votes again. Interesting

The woman selling fried yam and chofi at 2am at Lapaz, is she there because of some legal framework? no, she's there because there is demand for what she is selling. The company running 3 shifts, do they need some legal framework to empower them to do so? CAPITAL NO.
