We have lost a great deal of our past because of politics and because of people who masquerade as historians but have no idea of what they talk about, and are so biased that they present us with inaccurate information. In the first place I discredited this man called the king. He doesn't deserve to call him a Ghanaian First King to go on exile.
My reason is simple, before colonialism, a black man don't have an English or Biblical name like John, Luke, James, Theophylline, William etc. And this said King was containing a foreign name John. How could an African indigene fighting for his right, then named himself after this inhumane at that time?
So before this man going to an exile, he had already sold himself to this white man and didn't deserve to call himself a King. Every native of this land at that time, weren't holding any foreign name apart from our own like Agyei, Nartey, Osei, Issifu, Owoahene, Oduro, Eshun, Essien etc.
