  EOCO must comply without setting it's own laws to run from providing the information. In fact Chris Archer has been the most abusive public head and he must be checked. Ghana card, voter ID and passport are all forms of identifications in Ghana and I don't even expect an NDC government who stood against Ghana card as the only form of identification during voter registration to now use it as the only form of identification in accessing RTI. Chris Archer must prove to us that he believes in the rule of law. No backward movement in this forth republic.
