It's acceptable to do such honours but organisers shd be made aware that we've a long way to go.Our economy is in a very bad shape with many unemployed youth. We shd let our leaders know that the standards they have set for themselves in terms of performance is too low.Elsewhere some of them do not deserve any award.

If life was good in Ghana they won't go there. We are painting the pictures that those being awarded have done so much to get international recognition.
