How about if? its emergency situations where resources will be needed.
Masa momo fraud will still go on with or without proxy cash out when someone needs funds but can't step out proxy is the solution
What about some bad employees. within MTN suspected to be part of these fraudulent schemes as they communicate accounts numbers and numbers to the fraudsters?
