It's only i Ghana lectures are forced to retire at sixty. When they are on their prime age.
No wonder there's corruption in Ghana, hey I have to steal else my so called golden 60 is approaching soon.
Nobody is forcing a lecturer to retire at 60yrs. You can continue lecturing but not under government payroll... Is that too much??
