It is not the business of the forces to initiate any such scheme. They are not an autonomous entity. They are a necessary BEAST OF BURDEN of the state. Let the state ENSURE the well-being of its charge. Finito.

The Armed Forces operate within a certain strict operational constriction and for good reason. This so-called initiative is completely contrary to and attempts to wiggle out of this regimented remit.

It is not the business of the forces to initiate any such scheme. They are not an AUTONOMOUS ENTITY. They are a necessary BEAST OF BURDEN of the state and they must STAY true to FUNCTION.
