    This is the problem we have al lot of noise from a church they have be warned for 5 or 6 times by Ladma but they still making noise (85 to 110 decibel)and before they come they need transport fare!

    The city guards are also complicit. They collect monies and allow pastors on the street to blast out their sermons at high decibel levels. They have to check this pollution.
