Disappointed and surprised. Why can’t our judges keep away from comments that are largely unnecessary? One day it’s a judge telling a woman in court to accept whatever she’s been awarded by the court because she’s still pretty and can go ahead and marry again. Next time judges are commending a government lawyer for doing what’s his normal job and they don’t find anything wrong with it? I’m sorry but the judges could have done have scored top marks for keeping silent. All such comments colour the appearance of litigation. We need to be careful in this country. This will not be entertained in any other jurisdiction. NOT AT ALL. SAD DAY FOR OUR JUDICIARY.
