'Ghanaian youth still waiting for the three shifts to get jobs' - Bawumia to Mahama

Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has reminded the current government that the Ghanaian youth are still waiting for the jobs they promised them.

According to him, the Ghanaian youth are still waiting for the three shifts they promised during the 2024 electioneering campaign.

“The youth of Ghana are saying that they are waiting for the 24-hour economy. The 133 so that they can get jobs,” he said while speaking at a Seventh Day Adventist Church event.

The NPP flagbearer spoke about the current power crisis bedevilling the country, indicating that the government owes the people of Ghana.

“The people of Ghana sent me to inform you that you owe them a lot for bringing back dumsor,” he stated.

Dr Mahamudu Bawumia used the opportunity to urge government to pay cocoa farmer and ensure the challenges of other farmers are addressed.
