All these cocoa-producing countries are still struggling with challenges faced by cocoa farmers as a result of a market place happening beyond their control. In the Ivory Coast and the Cameroons, cocoa farmers are affected just like cocoa farmers in Ghana, a slump in cocoa prices brought on by international markets.
