    The record is that he built the first gas processing plant at Atuabo in Ellembelle district of the Western region so if he says he will build the second gas processing plant, he can do it

    A time has come for the country to have have a second gas processing plant and it must be built near the existing plant at Atuabo to save cost so I will urge President John Mahama to honor his pledge

    If some people had done something like this the quality of power supply would have been better. Instead of them keeping quiet and watch in shame they have the nerve to criticise power outages that they did little to prevent.
