Meaningful transformation can never be achieved with whimsical promises, announcements, or in 4-year electoral cycles, rather than 2-3 generations' of planning. Somebody should stop Atopa from gallivanting and splurging our meager resources on trivialities. BoG, SOEs losses, galamsey worsening, water scarcity due to ubiquitous pollution in search for gold, and the genius importation of 20K excavators circa 2014, while his contemporaries were building the SGR network for logistics and supply chains.
