  Good initiative. However, Mr. CEO of NHIS, pay small attention to the cries of your Frontline workers too, i.e. the data entry clerks and operators. They're crying for enhanced salaries and promotions. The salary disparities and stagnation of carrier progression between your other classes of employees and these poorly paid data officials is very unfair and wicked. Please, stop and think about your crying junior staff too. God is watching ooo.
