  Waste of tax payers money,time and energy, UK goes to the Chinese to invest in their economy. You are coming to waste your time for investors in the UK, they are broke as hell.
  Why not use the same blue print of Ethiopia where Ghanaians in the diaspora and in Ghana to raise 3-6 billion dollars annually to invest in strategic part of the Ghanaian economy so that Ghanaians would own much of the economy.Always going around with cup in hand,old dead ideas and looking very idiotic.
