Some of these our people think they can fool the Russian authorities in the same way that they have continued to fool the UK and US authorities, to sneak into that country and slowly work their way into gaining resident status. They do not want to do the hard work that our country demands for our development yet, they want to go and reap where they have not sown. They make it look as if working to fight the odds to develop one's country is only for fools.
