When you do that, the project is likely to stall just as we saw the same with the "gang of four" roads project under Prez Kuffour. It took Prof. Mills, who ring-fenced" some funding for the execution and completion of work successfully. This new "Accra-kumasi Expressway" project has full dedicated funding. The people are coming to build it, own it (they will toll the road to recoup the investment) and transfer to govt after a period. That's good thinking especially, when you don't hv the initial investment capital to begin a project of this magnitude. Similar thing was done to hv the new Team harbour, which is still being operated by the investor. That is what we mean by "smart borrowing"!

Left to me alone most of the road co construction work should be given to them as well as most housing projects. Recently road minister was complaining of giving mobilization money and alomst 6 months the contractor had not showed up at the site, until few days ago.

God has been good to us and we haven't been attacked by any foreigners except our own gala people. Lets put the Army to go use. Give them the tools to do all our rural roads. Farms are the too. Mechanized bore holds for the villages. We can employ a lot of the youth and give them uniform to do farming and we don't have to get second hand chicken or other food from anywhere. Because our corrupt and lazy politicians, leaders were waiting for white peoples money, loans to do it, so that nothing will be done, black man's mentality, somebody have to do it us, no self belief, everything good is impossible for us to do. We need to use this as a model for future projects and learn to work for our own money and ourselves, learn to feed ourselves, enough of everything loan from world bank or international market, lazy approach.
