Criminal ndc is a very wicked party. There is Ghc300 million to buy sanitary pads but no money to make a specialized hospital operational to save lives.
I knew the clueless dining hall prefect would give a foolish excuse. The most useless health minister ever.
And so ALL the staff that “over inflated” costs and got their cut they have been sacked ….nope . Still there awaiting the next project to steal from Ghana …the sh@t hole of Africa .corruption with consequences
The same flimsy excuse was given by the Akuffo Addo govt in 2017 for refusing to open UGMC. It took a lot of pressure b4 they did.It wasn't 100% complete though but they started work.Why can't Weija-Gbawe also start?

We don't expect 100% completion b4 that facility could be used.Just like University Ghana Medical Centre, Weija-Gbawe hospital can be opened for the community to use. The rest of the remaining can be done.

Tony Goodman never tires of lying. The truth is that , just like the Agenda 111 projects, Mintah Akandoh's MOH has decided to abandon all NPP projects and initiatives to rot. This World Bank cover story is pure BS.

If the contractor is certain that they have not done anything wrong why didn't they sue the World Bank for withholding their payment? Or is the case in court?
