  Medical doctors can't do the work of laboratory scientists in the hospitals. Medical doctors should respect their boundaries of the healthcare delivery system. Medical doctors can't do all the work in a hospital. There's a division of labour in our hospital. Medical doctors want to be the heads of all the departments in the hospital. Pharmacists are also facing the same issue of marginalisation in our hospitals. Medical doctors should respect their boundaries in the hospitals. This arrogant behaviour of medical doctors in Ghana can never be exhibited in hospitals in the US. Medical doctors in Ghana don't even have masters and PhD degrees in medical sciences but they want to put themselves above everyone in a hospital settings.
