Before him there were other greats like Baba Yara, Razak, Poli, Osei Kofi etc. Pappoe is just a small boy who knows nothing and only saw the Essiens and Asamoah Djan dems play. They were good but not great. Come on, we saw players like ADOLF Armah, Kofi Badu, the Kayode brothers, Opoku Nti etc and you are saying Essien and Gyan. Ebeeiiii

How about Kwesi Owisu (power house) George Alhassan, vasertile Isaac Acqaye, Captain Emmanuel Quarshie, P.E lartey, Mo Polo and of course Abedi the mystic man whom a top European coach retorted at the time, that, he's better than Maradona? There's no doubt, Abedi is Ghana's g.o.a.t and, Baba Yata comes second. Essien arguably has no place in the first ten spots.
