    The issue is about abscond.The State wasted unnecessary effort on procedural without tackling the main issue of abscond. Thus the ruling was absence of state to proof flight risk.

    This is absolutely nonsense. Ŵhat evidence should the OSP provide to show the man abscond? Who can provide such evidence? Our biggest problem in this country is the the corrupt judiciary
