    Indiscipline on the part of drivers parking and stopping anywhere along the roads is a factor. One major factor is traders and hawkers who have taken parts of the roads - Okaishie. Makola, Adum, Ejisu, Konongo, etc.

    Accra’s transportation problem is nothing compared to what happens in Lagos. Driving in that city is similar to having a wrestling match with the devil himself. Pure Madness.
