Indiscipline on the part of drivers parking and stopping anywhere along the roads is a factor. One major factor is traders and hawkers who have taken parts of the roads - Okaishie. Makola, Adum, Ejisu, Konongo, etc.
Ghana govt send some of the world bank/IMF funded economic development projects to other regions to help stop the mass migration of people to Accra causing problems
10/10 but nobody will read it, let alone act on it!
That is one of the hallmarks of a shithole country!
Accra’s transportation problem is nothing compared to what happens in Lagos. Driving in that city is similar to having a wrestling match with the devil himself. Pure Madness.
