  University of Ghana; University of Science and Technology were amongst the best in the world in terms of ratings. By then, University of Cape Coast was never heard of, or little heard of. Of late University of Cape Coast is more prominent in terms of ratings whilst UG and UST are no where to be mentioned. Do not argue look back instead.
  Selection on credentials only may not be enough. Personality competent enough,not a mere figure to occupy the seat then boast of. One with integrity to negotiate with the Government when there shortfalls to bring down strikes “Ya te atua” in Universities. International disgrace. Little said is enough. Hmm!
