The truth is, in your time, parents were rallied to pay for what I call "an organised apor regime". Most schools were engaged in such an organised fraud right from JHS to SHS.

The practice churned out high grades which was cosmetic designed for political capital at the expense of the standard of education in the country. If you doubt this, go to the universities and you will be told the kind of students they handling from the SHS who got admissions on the back of some high grades.

The NDC gov't came in and disallowed all the avenues for what had existed during the erstwhile NPP regime just to churn out good grades.

This is the real state of quality of our education. Students must learn to pass their exams. Dr. Adutwum, stop the propaganda and be truthful.

Explain how some of your family members were able to buy house or houses worth millions of dollars at East Legon within four years that you were the minister for education? I hope one day you will assist EOCO and OSP to recover all the money stolen or in the very near future, the youth of Ghana will compel you and the other corrupt politicians to account for your stewardship.

During NPP era, cheating in the BECE and WASSCE became a common practice. Teachers and invigilators who aided students to cheat in the examinations were never punished.
