NAPO filed a defamation case against Sammy Gyamfi in 2019 and won the case based on EVIDENCE. Now he has filed another case against others for same. But in a particular case of electronic voting system in an external branch he simply believed the gossip told him by his minions and carried that without seeking any EVIDENCE to make a negative judgement on the electronic system. No amount of gossip told him amount to EVIDENCE. He himself needed to do the DUE DILIGENCE to arrive at any judgement. But he woefully failed to do so.
