  I'd wish to hear Dr. Okoe Boye again, now that the World Bank letter is out and the non-existent word " misprocurement" is clearly stated as ranging between 3-11 times.

  Arguments from Dr. Okoe-Boye saddens me because of deception and his unprincipled and illogical explanations.
  
  The NPP majority government of Akufo-Addo/Dr. Bawumia is the government that signed contact agreements with Ghana Nurses and Midwives Association to provide pay raises, compensation and concessions even though they had no clue of an existing budget for 2025 or 2026 that was going to cover contract cost. The government knew, however, the number of graduating nurses, doctors and medical professionals and could have had all logistical needs on standby ready to operationalize the Weija Hospital. He also knew that cannot happen even with a wishful thinking.
  
  Dr. Okoe-Boye knows darn well that what he was citing as reasons for his failure to operationalize the Weija hospital is not true; it could not because of the IMF hold. May I remind Dr. Okoe-Boye that it was the same NPP majority government of Akufo-Addo/ Dr. Bawumia that commissioned uncompleted building, from hospitals, schools, airports and others with their plaques so they could lay claim to party and government ownership.
  
  We have allowed the politics of lies and deceit to normalize the art of fraudulent behavior while blurring the line between truth and lies for the youth of Ghana.
