This letter actually looks fishy and sounds fishy. I don’t want to dispute the origin of the document however it looks very unauthentic. The person who drafted the documents with the old typewriter setting did a very poor job. A whole World Bank will print such a letter which looks like an Accra General Post Office Letter Writer’s Note? This letter is a big FAKE!

WHY DO I THINK THE DOCUMENT IS FORGED?
1. The types setting looks outmoded. Modern document preparation equipments produce more legible documents than this old typewriter system looking document, and I believe the document’s origination is no place other than the “Accra General Post Office located old typist writer’s kiosk”.

2. The Rubber Stamp is not used in modern documentation. I don’t believe the whole World Bank will use that old Rubber Stamp for such important document. The Old Rubber Stamp looks too unauthentic.

3. The World Bank will never come out with such report without mentioning the name of the accounting firm that conducted the audit.

I’M NOT SURPRISED BECAUSE ATO FORSON WHO WAS PROSECUTED FOR IMPORTING THOSE BOLEKEJA AMBULANCES INTO GHANA SOMETIME AGO SHOULD NOT BE DOUBTED FOR ANY OF THESE SURPRISES.
