JFK should also correct himself. Owusu Bempah is not a "former" deputy communications director. He still holds his post, because he hasn’t resigned and there hasn’t been any new elections in which he wasn’t voted for the position again. The party leadership stupidly elected the flagbearer to protect the position for the loser Bawumia without following the laid guidelines of the party. As long as there hasn’t been new elections for all the positions in the party, Owusu Bempah remains in his post, though he hasn’t joined our stupid communicators to tell lies.

Identify and point to the various areas of the letter that supremely make is not authentic.

All the sections of the constitution quoted on that letter had nothing to do with removals/suspensions. Article 12 deals with parliamentary elections and the subsection quoted for Article 4 does not exist
