  This had been the practice in the past. Graduate teachers who wanted to be teachers took a 1-year post-graduate diploma course in education at UCC. I don't when this stopping.

  Is the school fees not so exorbitant for these teachers who are already struggling financially.
  That being said, I am not against the program. Our teachers have to sharpen their skills. No one is against that!
