How do we put our trust in SEC when the old wounds exerted on customers of financial institutions have not been solved.We are compelled to believe that the case between BOG and GN Bank at courts cannot be ruled because it has taken such a long time and there is no ruling to that case.Do you at least take one day to think about the plight of these vulnerable pensioners whose funds are locked up for so many years.I believe you are not in the same plight with these people that is why the case is being dragged at court until now without any solution to the issue.
