  The committee should look at the area of elections. The regional minister and District chief executive be scraped from the president nomination. They have to stand for elections like assembly members. I have the belief that corruption going on in the country starts from there because immediately president irrespective of any party appointments then they become authoritarian doing whatever they want and they can't be challenged because they were appointed by the president. But they stood for elections like assembly members they will be careful of their doings.

  Too bookish and confusing and wasteful of resources . What Ghanaians need is light, water, affordable housing and living conditions. These committees are only going to be waste of time and duplication of existing incompetent infrastructure. Our political system is no so sophisticated to require all these committees. Our political leaders should avoid corruption, selfishness and begin to see themselves as servants of the people.
