The preparatory team of ORAL did a botch job with a back-of-the envelope calculation of GHc21 billion as amounts stolen.So far,not a pesewa recovered! All the frantic arrests is to justify the propaganda.21 billion would have done a lot for this country,but sad to say that if ORAL recoups anything at all,it wouldn't be up to 20 million self!
