IT IS A GOOD IDEA, BUT HOW IS IT GOING WORK IN PRACTICE, THIS HAS ALWAYS BEEN GHANA'S ACHULES HEEL---THE IMPLEMENTATION.

It will be a lame law if late payments of suppliers is not addressed. Currently nadmo suppliers have not been paid since November last year. 7 months now so how can value for money work?
