Why should we in Cape Coast pay for water when the taps have not been running for years. Indeed even when taps flow its either brown or full of sediments its just impossible to use it for anything. Annoyingly they have the nerve to deliver water bill and come later to demand payment. Why should this happen. By the way is there a regional minister resident in Cape Coast. What is his name? I think he should be reshuffled one time.
