Pay fine or engage in 100hrs of vilunteer work cleaning trash or jail time. Also, there must be visible signs that warn people not to litter n the necessary fines
And all the people who pull out their Rods or Open their vessels by the roadside to just release unwanted liquid off their bodies should be fined too. They are sometimes very annoying and nasty.

We want to see more of this. People should be arrested and prosecuted for littering and making our towns and cities look dirty.
Idiotic way of solving the problem. Provide each household with waste bins and see whether Ghana will be dirty again.
