  I have something to say - to John Paintsil and co. He should not introduce the Coach to unnecessary, flimsy, and distracting attitudes in Camp, like initiative dancing. It must stop. The Black Stars should not continue to behave like a Cult. If there must be any form of initiation, is SHOULD BE ON THE FIELD OF PLAY. It should mean the player working to score either a goal of ranking to gain 70%, or with maximum touches and ball control, and not some sort of camaraderie or forms of jolity. We have not seen any seriousness or serious work in John Paintsil's work, except for talking about how he introduced these initiation dance that he introduced.
