I think we have enough universities, polytechnics and training colleges to cater for students from second cycle institutions.
Let's now focus on job creation.

Wow!!!!!!. Easily said than done. I hope all these students don't get a PHD in two years because of greed. Mahama should ask what an engineering degree looks like on paper and practicality. Are the instructors going to be Ghanaians. How much bribe do students have to pay under the table to these councilors to get in. Please the school is in Ghana, Mahama, let enrolment procedures go through Gt Britain. No Ghanaian should have their fu----- hands with student enrolment, plus this should not follow our brain dead - 5 IQ HSS style where all students complete without passing their final exams. Let's go back to the GCE -A level structure. An Engineer is not a a Ghanaian prophet with fake educational documents. I know because---------- complete my sentence
