I would be very surprised if the tenants weren't given enough time. Most times unless the landlord resorts to aggressive tactics, the tenants would just ignore any warnings

Because she is old and cannot travel, we have to call these tenants several times when their rent is past due, and when they respond, that’s when they’ll make up stories for more time. We gave them notice last year that whoever plays tactics again will be removed but even that, they are still delaying and playing tactics to buy more time. These people?? Some are just not honest at all, even when u have mercy on them
