If I were the safrican team I would arrange or have food delivered to my team don't rely on Ghana to feed you. Bring your own chef or find a safrican restaurant in Ghana or a chef to prepare or deliver meals to the athletes. The games' organizers felt they could do with little and get away with it, because most of the athletes are blacks from other countries no better than Ghana. The white South Africans are used to the best and can't fathom the austere conditions the athletes are exposed to. Athletes need to load up on carbohydrates and proteins based on their events. You can't just feed them a few pieces of chicken and expect them to perform at the levels. Ghana shouldn't be hosting continental games if it doesn't have the financial resources.

Look at this...common food you eat and shit too it has to come to this? I woukd only send amateur or university athletes to these games for experience and camp them in a private hotel for safekeeping because if you rely on Ghana govt to do anything right for your athletes you will be lying to yourself.
