What happened to the case of NPP guy saying there were meetings between Supreme Court Justices and NDC lawyers, arrested and bailed , nothing more, the Wontumi radio guy who said President killed those plane crashed, arrested n bailed nothing more, the guy in Sunyani who drew pictures of the President in women’s clothes arrested and bailed nothing more, on and on and on . I am even tired of listing them , about 30-40 arrested and bailed and no more . Aaaah if no court then don’t arrest them .

  To solidify his absolute political power, Kwame Nkrumah CPP used the Preventive Detention Act (PDA1959) to arrest, detain and imprison political dissenters and opponents without trial. But his autocratic power and his PDA could not prevent or stop the overthrow of Kwame Nkrumah in February 1966. And the PDA could not bring Kwame Nkrumah back to Ghana again.
