  Those in Accra should visit the place and see. These ORC bosses allowed the system not to work. Without an agent, you can't have your cert in due time. They may not even approve your thing.
  
  You must greeze the palms of those in charge or vetting, reviewing and signing of the registration documents. Failure to do so, you may not be able to pass through the system smoothly.
  
  Just visit Accra office.
  
  In 2026, why won't registration be online? But go to their websites, it's not even working. By that, you will get to them physically so they can exhort money through the various channels.
  
  Registration is officially around $12.00 in Ghana. But start and see, you finish with $50.00.
  
  I spoke with an agent and this was his explanation "GHANA WE DEY"
  Because agents are even complaining of the extortions and so they have to transfer all on clients.
  
  If a prospective student in Ghana can apply for a PhD online, why not SME ?
  
  AS LONG AS THE SYSTEMS AEE NOT WORKING, people won't be law abiding.
