Their agents can track a suspect for months and years, and gather concrete evidence and proof of his/her involvement in criminal activities, before they strike. They are not like Okro Mouth and Compromised Ghana’s intelligence agencies who tip off suspects and facilitate their escape from detention and arrest. Ghana should learn from the modus operandi of the advanced international agencies and improve on her own performance which, at the moment, is nothing to write home about.
