The woman above, leaves her home on several occasions to knowingly go to a specific place several times to go and get "raped". She then later turns around to claim that she has been raped. I mean, this is a 40 year old woman - not an 8 year old girl. I'm actually wondering if in the thinking of women, perhaps there is something like voluntarilly offering yourself to get raped.

In most rape cases of this nature, it not that the victim confront the accused immediately after the act, but victim leaves the scene and thinks about the incident all over again, and gets the conviction that, she did not initially agree to the act even though she relaxed for the accused to have his way or finish the act, the victim will still have a good case of rape, so far as she chooses to report him.

This is a no case in court. He is guilty of practicing without the relevant qualifications but having sex without the persons consent is questionable. Were they sedated?
