  I think many people are still not well informed or educated about the compilation of voter registers for elections. There are several forms of voter registers for conducting elections. At the the constituency level, all Polling Station and Electoral Areas Executive compiled into one general register or album. This register could also include the names of members of the Council of Elders and Patrons. The completed album or register is now ready to be used to conduct Constituency Executive Elections in the Constituency. This is the register that is given to the Electoral Commission to conduct the Constituency Executive Elections in the Constituency.
