Thought holiday that falls on working days will be shifted to Friday by the LI passed recently by Parliament. Anyway i am not a lawyer so open up for advice

Both of you got the LI content wrong. Government can not shift the observation of Xmas to another day. Xmas Day is Xmas day. And so is idil Adha. Cheers

The same applies to Christians who feel their holidays are too many.Every rational human being would only demand more time for leisure when his/her welfare improves. The Key Word is Quality Holidays not staying home to starve whilst Employers are also crying.

Anyone, anybody, everyone, everybody, someone and some people who don't like these holidays is/are thieves because they won't have the chance to still at their various work places. But we the hustlers who do enjoy leave but are the working force really love these holidays. The only time we enjoy leave is when we're sick even that one you'll still be called to assist those who are working in your absence

But we plan with these policies. I recall courts rather scheduling cases for the 27th because they are in the impression that it is the Friday the 29th which will be observed as a holiday. What a shame. Please Minister don't embarrass the govt
