  Diabetes, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE Apc, Codeine Ibuprofen, Apio, HARD DRUGS, excessive meat, not drinking enough water, kidney stones are among over two dozen possible causes. If you take 2 tots Alomo with 2 tots Obuasi and an hour later take a painkillers for headache, you’re destroying your kidneys. Don’t combine herbs with prescription medicine.

  You are talking about HERBAL CONCOCTIONS, but we see them everywhere - on TV & radio stations, in commercial vehicles, on the streets, our homes, etc. Most are sold by uneducated practitioners and illegal aliens. Is the FDA, GSB, ministry of health and Ghana Health Service not aware of what is going on? Most of these herbal remedies are missed with orthodox medicine. The TV and radio stations have refused to educate the public about herbal medicine because of the money they get from advertising such dangerous products. In Ghana, everything is about money, money, money without considering health implications. As a politician, he should use his predicament to wage a national war on HERBAL CONCOCTIONS!

Those western medicines usually undergo strict and rigorous tests before they're approved for use by humans. The same can't be said about Ghana's herbal products.

  Meanwhile I showed someone who has been on dialysis a simple costless remedy free of charge and now his kidney condition has improved greatly.
  
  Bit since he is bad mouthing natural cure, then he should continue with his damaging dialysis

So probably he was given herbal concoction to heal it and it did not work for him. If you take more liquids when you are affected your situation will be worse. Not that herbal concoction is not good.
