Since ORAL cases started either the state attorneys will submit unreadable documents or bad printouts filling copies to the defendants. That alone, takes about two weeks adjournment for corrections. So poor of them. This is the case NSS Gifty Oware proposed to pay back 20 million ghc but AG rejected it . But see how the State Attorney was struggling today. Mmmmm

One may say that they are doing their work as attorneys but what impression is being created out there?

If ADB cannot produce the original document then the bank officials who processed the transaction on the strength of faint or unreadable documents must be surcharged. As for NPP backing the alleged criminals i think the more they defend these guys the more they damaged the party's reputation. Ken ofori Attah's absconding from the jurisdiction alone tell it all.As for the woman thief,ithe least said about her the better. If a mother is a thief how will a daughter or son be.
