  Below belt. What you see a unique other see as trivial. Are we the only people with culture! How many of the people from other countries are taking that to their home countries? If all the countries that met there were to bring their cultures, could the meeting have been successful? Someone from a certain country developed DRONES and all countries including Ghana have benefited sending medicine to remote areas. Wasting money to send these people to an international conference only drains our meagre economy.

  Primitive unserious people. Always drumming and dancing everywhere and calling it cultural display. Have you ever seen the Chinese, Americans, Brits, French, Germans, Swedes, Brazilians, Argentinians, Indians, etc. etc going around playing drums at international gatherings? The rest of the world will never take Africa and Africans serious because we don't project ourselves as serious people. If people want to see our culture they can visit our country and go to our national theater where we display our culture. Stop disturbing people at international forum with our noise. The rest of the world is not like Ghana where there is noise everywhere.
